5 days in Joao Passoa. Hotel is well located very close to Tambau Beach with a lot of things to do around. Hotel staff is good and professional. However not at a 4 stars level like mentioned on the hotels app. Room are missing maintenance and cleanliness is not utmost. On the very positive point: - localization - FItness (hotel does not have is own fitness but provide to a fitness close to hotel that is excellent) - laundry service next to hotel very convenient - Coffee and aramitized water available all afternoon on hotel as soon as you arrive from your daily trip Point to improve: - maintenance - cleanliness - elevator that you can wait for quite a while

Localização incrível, perto de tudo é área segura. O prédio é novo, porém os elevadores são lentos e pequenos, demoram demais. O horário de pico das camareiras fica complicado. Café da manhã ok, quase a mesma coisa todos os dias, mesmas frutas e só mudam sabores dos bolos e tipo de proteína. Cama ótima, pegamos um up pra ter mais conforto. Tivemos uma situação de estar com a placa de não perturbe e a camareira entrar no apto, desconfortável. Banheiro pqn e sem suporte pra colocar itens pessoais.

Boa hospedagem, mas alguns pontos a melhorar.

O hotel é bem confortável, limpo, bem localizado e bom atendimento. Entretanto, mesmo pagando pelo melhor quarto o banheiro é minúsculo, você não consegue se abaixar pra lavar o pé e não tem onde colocar shampoo/condicionador, por exemplo. Além disso, o estacionamento é pago à parte, custa 20 reais a diária, e isso não foi informado na hora de fazer a reserva. No total é um bom hotel, mas pelo preço precisava melhorar.
