Hotel novo, equipamentos e mobiliário novo. Tudo funcionando bem. Limpeza excelente em todas as áreas. Cama e colchão confortáveis. Lençóis e toalhas novos e de ótima qualidades. Ar-condicionado silencioso. Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade, só pediria mais produtos sem açúcar, como iogurte, por exemplo. Sinal de Wi-Fi excelente. Equipe atenciosa. Porém, precisam ou de mais funcionários ou de treinamento para agilizar o check-in, que foi muito demorado.

Ótima hospedagem, recomendo

O quarto era super novo, localização excelente, vista para o mar, cama maravilhosa. Banheiro com ótimo chuveiro, box de vidro e amenidades. A estrutura do hotel parece ser bem nova, eu me hospedaria novamente sem dúvidas. Os funcionários todos muito bem educados e solícitos, e o café da manhã perfeito também. Senti falta somente de um pouco mais de informação no café - só soube que tinha tapiocas porque vi outro hóspede pedindo, mas não havia sido informada (em nenhum dos dois dias que fomos). A piscina é um pouco pequena, e fica no Rooftop, então se for do seu interesse utilizá-la de maneira mais frequente, talvez não seja a melhor opção. Pra nós, foi uma ótima escolha, gostei e recomendo.

Quarto dentro dos padrões para o preço, porém com pia extremamente pequena, cadeira desconfortável e, infelizmente, no dia, estavam sem mantas pois TODAS foram colocadas para lavar. No geral, na próxima vez, reservaria outro local da mesma faixa de preço.

Só não foi melhor pq a cortina do quarto 802 deixa uma brecha para entrada do sol. E meu namorado perdeu o sono por causa da entrada de luz solar no quarto ao nascer do sol. Acho que podem melhorar isso. Colem um velcro da parede e no final da cortina.
