Nos foi oferecido uma acomodação com cheiro de mofo; solicitei troca e ainda bem que tinha outra opção; na nova acomodação a área abaixo do split estava completamente suja de mofo da umidade do ar condicionado; solicito ei limpeza da área e fizeram; hotel em reforma com barulho compreensível; localização maravilhosa; mar em frente maravilhoso para o banho; piscina maravilhosa; arquitetura do hotel favorece a humidade pois não pega muito sol; café da manhã muito bom; recepcionista ok; camareira muito prestativa; bar men muito prestativo; pessoal do cafe da manhã ok; estacionamento pequeno mas seguro e gratuito.

Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção pelo Luan que foi gentil e prestativo, resolvendo todas as situações e mostrando todo o necessário para a estadia. Os demais colaboradores da recepção e serviços gerais são educados e cordiais. Recomendamos o hotel e o Flat anexo ao hotel. O café da manhã estava ótimo nos 8 dias que permanecemos hospedados. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa.

Único ponto positivo bem localizado em frente ao mar. Recepcionistas não são nem um pouco simpáticos,cara feia direto. No primeiro dia da estadia teve um apagão, ficamos várias horas sem energia,quando retornou o ar condicionado não funcionou. Pela madrugada de tanto insistir deixaram trocar de quarto. No outro quarto ficamos sem águas por varias horas também. A água tem cheiro de esgoto, o chuveiro só funcionava a ducha. O café não tem variedades, só o básico. Com certeza nunca mas voltarei nesse hotel.

Estadia foi positiva, mas pode melhorar.

Café da manhã excelente, mas hotel pecou em manter mesma número de equipe em alta temporada. Dava 19h nosso quarto nunca estava limpo. Tínhamos que ficar pedindo pra limpar, e a limpeza era somente noturna quando saímos pra jantar, ou seja, só limpava se fossemos sair. Equipe é muito atenciosa mas notava-se que estavam exaustos diante de alta demanda, trabalhando até tarde da noite. O chuveiro estava entupido com poucos jatos de água saindo por todo lado, molhava mais o banheiro que a nós mesmos. Apesar do café da manhã ter muita variedade e ser bem servido, muitas vezes faltavam, pratos, xícara ou até mesmo alimentos que são sempre objetos de reposição. Precisam ser mais ágeis quando acaba a louça ou itens indispensáveis como até mesmo o próprio café, leite... Meu marido ficou preso no banheiro também, mas quanto a isso fomos rapidamente atendidos e a fechadura logo trocada. A equipe sempre foi muito educada e prestativa, por isso não dou nota ruim.

Chegamos no hotel na quinta feira no horário de almoço. Na sexta feira saímos e pedi para limpar o quarto. Limparam porém não trocaram toalha nem roupa de cama. Saí de lá no domingo e o quarto não foi limpo novamente até esse dia. A piscina também estava em manutenção e não pôde ser utilizada, apesar do calor insuportável.

bem abaixo do que esperava

O que mais deixa a desejar no hotel é vc ter que subir escada carregando mala. O hotel não dispõe de elevador, além disso solicite agua as 11h da noite e o hotel também não dispõe porque o restaurante do mesmo já estava fechado. Ou seja, vc precisa descer as escadas e ir comprar na rua.

Falta manutenção nos quartos (a TV não pegava nenhum canal). A pia do banheiro estava encardida com limo, as toalhas amareladas. Não tinha nenhum local para estender roupas de banho molhadas. Toalhas para piscina alugadas por 5,00 a toalha por dia. Acordei às 6:45 com a música alta da piscina ou restaurante. Não voltaria!
