Flat bom. Excelente localização. Não recomendo para 4 adultos. O sofá cama é desconfortável e só dorme 1. Pontos negativos: área de café da amanhã muito apertada. Fomos acordados 8 da manhã por funcionários da limpeza conversando alto pelos corredores do hotel e bem na porta do meu quarto. Irritante esse comportamento vindo de funcionários. Precisam ser treinados e informados que corredores de hotel é lugar de silêncio.

Falta de Logística

Fiquei p tres diarias mas não tinha controle remoto do ar condicionado e o frigobar não gelava. Felizmente concertaram no mesmo dia. No mais as acomodações são confortaveis e o pessoal do atendimento e da limpeza é bem capacitado.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo em Flats da empresa Miramar e, em todos, tem o mesmo problema: LIMPEZA. Os lençóis sujos, travesseiros literalmente fétidos e poeira de modo geral. Nunca mais me pegam!!
