"The charming old fashioned rooms at the property had all the essentials, clean rooms and bathrooms, micro-wave oven, TV, and refrigerator, The breakfast was bacon, eggs, toast and some extras. The parking was good too. We enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the charm of this hotel (and the town). They've managed to bring some modern amenities to an older building, preserving the feel of the original inn. They do a great job decorating for the season outside which invites you in through their unexpected automatic doors. Once there you can expect creaky, uneven floors, dim lighting, and a trip back in time. The 2nd floor offers a shared balcony for all guests to overlook the main road. To get there, take the central staircase if you're able to check out their framed items along the way. The room has all you need for a nice stay and the bed was comfortable. We were lucky to have a skylight equipped with an electronic shade! Go check out Jim Thorpe for the town, the train and the view, but complete the trip with a stay at The Inn at Jim Thorpe. You'll be happy you did."
