"Very nosy and people smoking pot on the porches. Also woken up every night and morning from the beeping of the dehumidifier because unless we did it no one else did. Called the front desk the first time. The room cleaner came and showed us how to do it"

"Property was as described and very convenient location within the community. Apartment and kitchen were fully equipped. Overall, the community is a bit lacking in maintenance & cleaning. For example pet waste bins were very full and smelly, hallways had litter, in my unit the ceiling fan pull chain did not function. Those issues non-withstanding, I would stay here again."

"I didn't eat the breakfast, the place is just 15 minutes from downtown west palm, but it's in a clean area. The front-desk receptionist was exceptionally polite and friendly. The room was great, good 50" TVs, with Pluto TV. There was low water pressure, but that might be just in response to an overall water shortage in Florida. The couch is cloth and the floor is carpet, so be careful if you have some allergies. The pillows were too small and soft, but, you could just ask for another. Other than that, the place was great."

"I recently stayed at Studio 6 Extended Stay and had a very disappointing experience. The property is extremely worn down and not clean. My room was dirty upon arrival, with unclean cabinets and even a roach in the bathroom. Several advertised amenities were missing or didn’t work; no coffee maker or toaster, and the microwave was broken and never fixed, forcing me to buy my own for my 5-night stay. There was also no silverware or plates, which is unusual for an extended stay. The main ceiling light was also not functional. The shower was poorly designed, with the curtain cutting the space in half, and the water pressure was very weak. The bed was also uncomfortable. Basic operations were frustrating; my room key stopped working every night, so I had to go to the front desk daily to reprogram it. To get fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby instead of having them delivered. The lobby consistently smelled like marijuana, and the parking lot had broken-down cars sitting long-term. There were also late-night disturbances with people arguing, fighting and slamming doors. Overall, this property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. I would not stay here again."

"The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week. Considering the rate paid, I believe more amenities should have been included. We primarily used the accommodation as a place to sleep, and given the price, alternatives with additional features such as a pool or other amenities might have been more suitable. The location was convenient and close to all necessary destinations. I would consider returning, but I would opt for a more affordable room, as the current offering mainly serves as a sleeping space without additional amenities. "
