The staff are very good and super helpful. I was able to use the washing machine during my stay. Appreciate the free laundry liquid soap. The lobby is amazing! There are some treadmill and bike for exercising, but didn't use them because I was walking and climbing stairs a lot already during my stay. "

"The view was amazing but I would be lying if I said the room looked anything like the pictures. It's not nearly as well renovated and is in a very old building that is worth knowing before booking. But for price and location it is amazing but the room and bathroom are a lot less nice and still feel like it needs renovation. The patio is amazing and the staff were very punctual and great at responding."

"My experience at the Westin Chongqing Liberation Square was a mixed one. The location is convenient, the staff very friendly, the pool and gym great. However, I was charged for the bed of an extra guest although I had already paid a special fee for an extra guest; our breakfast was inexplicably 50% more expensive in the restaurant than what we had been told at the reception. These might have both been misunderstandings but still dampened our enthusiasm for an otherwise great hotel."
