2/10 Terrible

This was not a hotel that accepts foreigners, so my stay was declined even though I had a reservation and paid the fee. The hotel immediately agreed to refund the fee, but it took me long and uncomfortable negotiations to get the money back from Expedia. This was a very uncomfortable experience. The hotel staff, however, was reasonably helpful. So, this evaluation is not really for the hotel itself.
