"The place is great, except for the non-functioning fridge in the room (214), which makes noise like it's working but it isn't. Also, the wifi isn't connecting, my wife had a conversation with the staff about it to no avail."

"The hotel is safe and a little bit clean, it could be better. I was lodged in the 5th floor room 533, the light kept going off every 5mins, so so bad, for the period of time I was in the room, the light went off 7 times . Their food quality is so so bad, its need more improvement. From cleanliness point of view, they could do a little better in their dusting and vacuuming. Try to wash your carpet from stain."

"When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel."

"The hotel itself is good. However the staff are those that deserves all the credits. They pay attention to details,very friendly and welcoming.The staffs at the hotel makes your stay very deserving. "

"Fisrt problem with this hotel is that on the web they state they have an airport shuttle. They do not and when you call they tell you to get a cab. If you have ever been to Nigeria every cab is a scammer, even Uber drivers will show up and start trying to get you to pay more and if you dont they leave. Then the room was nothing like the pictures, maybe 20 years ago but the hotel was run down, the lick on the door was busted off, the bathroom was a disaster and the staff just did not care."
