"The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and that carried all the way through from the staff in the breakfast room to those in the dinner room. The food was amazing and both breakfast and dinner were varied and healthy. The hotel made our stay in Oslo a wonderful experience. Thank you. This is the best hotel I have stayed at!"

"Ok"

"Lovely hotel. Great location. Good breakfast."

"Excellent hotel. Clean, warm and welcoming. Front desk staff were very helpful with information. The Restaurant was excellent and the staff there, both in the evening and at breakfast were some of the best staff working in hospitality that we have encountered. "อาหารดีมาก สถานที่สะดวกมาก มาพักเมื่อ 8 ปีที่แล้ว และ ครั้งนี้ ยังประทับใจ"

"Overall the facility is good and the location is great. One thing I experienced is that the hotel has central heating/AC system. The room temperature is a little low in Oct, but manageable by wearing some warm clothes. However, the cold air from the vent somehow flowed towards where my pillow was. I asked the front desk to help but was told they could help nothing. As a result I ended up waking up with sore throat and running nose. The hotel needs to take some action to address this issue."

"The room is good especially staffs are super great. Everyone are helpful"
