"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "

"It was hard to find but once the door opened to the hotel- very nice. Staff was not very helpful or pleasant."

"Beautiful room with a loft upstairs. Walking distance to San Marco Square. Plenty of restos close by. Easy and close water ferries close by. Would definitely stay here again. Mateo greeted us on site and gave us a warm welcome and tips! Really appreciated that!"

"The Hotel it is difficult to find, because it is nestled in between a restaurant. Better directions need to be provided. The elevator was broken and it was difficult to carry all the luggage to what they call the 2nd floor but really is more like the 3rd floor. I came home with a pull back, and I am fairly young. The room is spacious for European standards, clean and it does have an amazing view."
