Anche le vie con i ristoranti e i negozi sono a pochi minuti, l’old town è a 10 minuti. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio è proprio dietro la struttura. Check in veloce, camera spaziosa e pulita. "
"The whole place is a lovely old 1900's building. Lots of memorabilia. We had a small room which was very clean and cosy. Food was excellent. Staff very attentive. Would recommend staying here."

"Great stay in Hastings. Hotel was clean and compact with a fridge in the room and sea view. Stayed here with our dog free of charge which was a really lovely bonus. Would 100% return.
Only real issue was no parking which we were aware of but plenty of paid car parks close by. But travelling by train is easy too as the hotel is only 7 minutes walk with frequent taxis. "
"Close to everything! Easy walking distance from the train station, minutes from the town centre and beach. My daughter and I have stayed here twice now and we had the same twin room, which is perfect to crash after crazy golf, fun in the sea, shopping and dining! The receptionist was nice and polite, and although we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel I could see a good selection of beverages behind the bar, and the breakfast room looked nice. For the price, this is a great option for a budget...
"I only needed it for one night business. The host was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering it had its own ensuite. It's a little out if the centre but only 15mins walk from St Leonard train station. "

"Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again. "
