"In actual fact the property needs to be bulldozed and replaced. It is a worn out old motel. It was only for one night a bed and a shower in the toilet and that’s all it was good for, the fluorescent light in the bathroom flicked and wouldn’t stay on the smoke detector in the room had been removed. ..."
