Nice location but overpriced for the quality

Hotel located in front of the beach but disappointing for the price you pay. Shower smells to toilet all day, bed linen were not very clean, swimming pool water was not clear and there was not space around to enjoy the pool. Hotel management not helpful to accommodate late check out. They have very nice gardens!

Amazing location, which is the main benefit of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very basic, with sparse rooms and limited breakfast options. Don't expect home comforts. It's a basic hotel in a fab location

Good base to explore Jericoacoara

Good location to use as a base for exploring Jericoacoara. Pleasant gardens and the building work going on during our stay I’m sure will improve the ‘tired’ accommodation in the future. The rooms are clean and basic - no hanging space though. Nice to have terrace with hammock.

This pousada (Bed & Breakfast) has a great location right in front of the beach. I went with my parents that are 77/80 years old and the location was very convenient. What is truly unique about Capitao Thomaz is their crew, this guys are very friendly. The folks in the front office that I had the chance to meet were amazing helpful: Ailo, Elaene, Fabio, Gleison, Irlan, Jean, Oélito. They made our family to feel very welcome.

Ik was er vorig jaar en deze plek is heel mooi geworden. Alleen wordt er niet vermeld dat ze om de ene dag schoonmaken, niet handig als je een kamer langs het strand hebt. Verder vroeg ik om een kamer op de begane grond, hoewel die vrij waren gedurende mijn geheel verblijf, kon ik geen andere kamer krijgen. Zou ik terugkomen: natuurlijk als er gewerkt wordt aan de aangehaalde punten. Belangrijk: wel rolstoel toegankelijk, dat was eerder niet zo. Oh ja en de tuin is heel mooi, ligging, prachtig

Hotel estava em obra, restaurante fecha as 18h. Esperava mais pelo apto em si, achei principalmente o banheiro muito ruim. Sem Uma ducha boa , a torneira da pia não estava fixa, degrau super alto do apto pro banheiro. O ponto positivo eram os funcionarios, sempre solicitos e atenciosos.

Ótima pousada, bem a beira mar. Café da manhã mto bom, quartos confortáveis e limpos e funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Tivemos um problema com mal cheiro no quarto porque o vaso sanitário estava desencaixado, mas avisei na recepção e foi resolvido no mesmo dia. Quero pontuar sobre os funcionários João Batista e Lizia Jennifer que desempenharam de maneira ultra profissional e eficiente uma troca de quartos. Tenho rinite alérgica e não consigo dormir com ar condicionado. Esses dedicados funcionários conseguiram um quarto que permitia o sono de qualidade sem o uso do referido aparelho propiciando assim uma estadia saudável e prazeiroza. Recomendo a Pousada Capitão Thomaz para quem exige limpeza, ótima localização e serviços de primeiro mundo.
