Chambre parfaite pour decouvrir Jerash

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l'Adrian Gate Hotel. Le proprietaire est absolument charmant. La chambre et les sanitaires sont supers. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le site de Jerash. On recommande absolument cet endroit.

El mejor hotel si quieres visitar jerash ya que esta a 2 minutos andando de la entrada a las ruinas romanas. La habitacion correcta. Las camas muy comodas. El desayuno fabuloso. Para nosotros el mejor de todo el viaje. ( zumo, frutas, cafe, yogurth, huevo cocido, pan de pita con mantequilla y mermelada casera ). Ismael nos recomendó donde comer barato comida local y fue muy atento y amable con nosotros.

Excellent stay! Incredible friendly owner who welcomed us warmly. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Our stay was full of hospitality. Hotel is 2 mins walking from hadrians gate monument. Thank you very much!

Un excellent séjour au Hadrian's Gate Hotel qui se situe juste en face le site archéologique de Jerash. On peut tout faire à pied. Les chambres sont simples et très propres avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le vrai plus de ce séjour fut notre hôte très accueillant, d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Merci!!

The place is simple but nice, clean and comfortable with the terrace on the roof in front of the archeologic site. The situation of the hotel couldn not be better to visit Gerach. The host is very kind and welcoming. The kind of address I appreciate.

Great place close to archeology park

Budget friendly stay. This is an inn with a very gracious host. Family owned. Small place right close to the archeology park. Easy walk to the park. Has parking spot. Owner was very friendly and speaks English. Rooftop has views of the park. Walking distance from other restaurants and local shops. Next to a gas station. The room and bathroom were stocked up with everything you need.

Great spot! Worth the value!

Really good location to start my visit to the ruins the next day. Rooftop views to die for. The air conditioning and fan made for a nice cool sleep. Breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day i wasn’t expecting. The host went above and beyond to make me comfortable and to give me insights into the city. Shuukrun Sayadee!

Location wise, you couldn't ask for a better place just across from Hadrian's Gate. The room and bathroom were clean with towels provided. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming. Provided extra blankets as, being from the tropics, I am not used to the cold. There is air conditioning in the room for hotter weather. Breakfast was excellent. Will book again if I stay in Jerash again.

If, like me you come to Jerash to see the Roman ruins, then the location of this hotel is perfect, the hotel literally overlooks Hadrian Gate, which is a major sight in its own right and is the gateway to the whole complex. Sure, there is a main road between the two, but that just a fact that the Roman Ruins are now within the city of Jerash. The hotel is located close to a number of places to get food and within reasonable walking distance to a very highly respected (although somewhat over rated in my opinion) Lebanese restaurant The hotel itself is pretty small and simple in nature. Expedia has it as a 3 star, in my experience I would say it was more like a 2 star by US standards, but that is in no way a bad thing, it just reflects the simple nature of the establishment. I had the full guided tour and can say that all the rooms are clean and well maintained and have all the basics including a fridge. There is good Wi-Fi and hot water. Bathrooms are adjacent and depending on the room booked may be shared or exclusive. The stand out though is the room on the top floor. Expedia has it as loft, but in reality, it’s more like a suite. There is the bedroom, simple but nice, adjacent private bathroom, and a huge private roof top patio, replete with a fountain and amazing views of the Roman site and surrounding country side. The hotel is owned and run by Ismail and his son and they are fantastic hosts, super helpful and very genuine people.

We stayed here as part of a Jordan road trip we did as a family. We rented a car, so we stayed here for a night so that we could visit Jerash first thing in the morning instead of making it a day trip from Amman (I wanted to a avoid driving there if possible). The location is super convenient and parking easy - just pull in front of the hotel. We were less than a five minute walk from the site entrance. At 8am we had the site almost to ourselves - most crowds don't show up until 10. Our rooms (the family suite) were super clean and comfortable - the beds were extremely comfy, and the AC worked great. Breakfast was also excellent. What really stood out though was our host, Ismail. He was extremely helpful the entire stay, and went above and beyond what I expected. When we arrived, our daughter was feeling quite sick. He directed me to a pharmacy (just a few stores down), offered to take us to a hospital if needed, and even said we could wake him in the middle of the night if we needed to go to a doctor later, and he would help us with everything. We also would have needed to fully check out by 10am the next day, but he offered to let us stay another night for free if our daughter still was not well. Luckily we didn't need to take advantage of that but the offer was absolutely sincere. Ismail was so generous and kind, above what anyone would expect. For anyone staying in Jerash (do it!), stay here and you won't be disappointed. My daughter says she gives it 100 stars.

Un hôte très accueillant et sympathique !

Un hôtel simple idéalement situé pour la visite du site de Jerash ! Ismaël est très accueillant et fait très attention au bien être de ses clients ! Nous avons apprécié la boisson offerte sur le roof top ! Le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux avec une mention spéciale pour le jus de fruits frais fait maison. Nous avions deux chambres communicantes avec salle de douche commune avec nos 2 filles. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour la visite de Jerash !

Amazing stay all around,and host is one of a kind

Esmail our host is unbelievably wonderful. He is warm, helpful, provided outstanding advice, and tended to our every need throughout the day and evening. He is a very smart, very thoughtful man dedicated to having his guests having a wonderful experience. His breakfasts are complete and very health conscious--home made fresh fruit juices, plenty of additional fresh fruit, the freshest whole grain pita, hummus, cheeses, marmalade, yogurt , cucumber, olives, and more! The hotel could not have been better located--just across the street from Hadrian's Gate.

We had a wonderful stay, family with two boys (4 and 9). Ismail made the very best of our stay in Jerash. Fantastic hospitality. The hotel is spotless clean. Highly recommended!!

Simple hotel

Basic hotel with extremely attentive host. The hotel had everything you required for a comfortable stay - providing a good nights sleep. The owner provide welcome drinks whenever requested which was great. However - I would highlight that the description of double beds and rainfall shower was a bit wide of the mark ! It is a simple hotel - in excellent location next to Jerash roman site. The hotel also provides a good base for touring to north around north of country.

Very welcoming host and great stay.

Very welcoming host. Great location and lovely breakfast too. Convenient for roman ruins and free parking. Good value too, would definitely recommend.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par le responsable de l'hôtel. C'est une personne très prévenante et qui répond à nos questions et nos demandes. L'hôtel est parfaitement bien situé, juste en face des ruines de Jerash. Petit hôtel très plaisant pour un passage d'une nuit dans la ville de Jerash. Nous recommandons sans problème.

Merveilleux séjour
