Jenjarom Packages (Flight + Hotel)

It’s quite a good location and convenient for shopping as well as for sightseeing with subway stations nearby. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Check in / check out was quite easy and smooth.

Check in process was bit confusing as I did not notice it was a private apartment. There was some rattling noise coming out of one of the lights. Otherwise good location and nice views.

Confirmation email had incorrect information on it. Said front desk closed at 10pm, luckily for us it was 11pm as per another booking sites information. Phone number in the email was inactive as was another number we tried from another booking site. No way to call. Suite cleanliness wasn’t the best. Mirror in bathroom was dirty, shower had a musty smell and floor has a fair few hairs on it that weren’t mine. Only 2 towels provided, no bath mat, no hand towel, no face cloths. Fridge wasn’t cleaned and wiped out from last people, no cloth or teatowel provided for the kitchen. The pool area and pool was lovely, but the few lounger chairs around were all broken.
