"The room was clean, but many areas of the hotel were in need of attention. Our bathroom wasn’t stocked with basics. The seating area down near the pool had some type of food/drink spillage that remained there for the entirety of our stay. The pool itself was clean and stocked with towels both days we were there. Front desk staff upon check-in was very friendly and welcoming. The rest of the time not so much. We requested rooms near each other, and we were given rooms at complete opposite areas of the building. My 11 year old and his dad stayed in a room by the front, while I was in the opposite wing. I would likely stay here again because the price was right and I don’t expect much aside from cleanliness and safety. "

"I got straight scammed. I paid the upcharge for an upper floor room. What they don’t tell you is the lowest floor of the hotel is 6- which they call an upper floor. I paid the upcharge but stayed on the same floor I would have at the lower rate. Floors 2-5 are parking and 6 is the first actual hotel floor. They refused to give me the money back- just for the upcharge and said they consider all floors upper level. If all floors are upper level so the upper level charge is pretty much a scam to get more money out of you and then when you call them out on it they refuse to give you the upcharge back. It’s a prick way to do business."

"I arrived after 11pm and called for the airport shuttle, was told driver went home at 11pm. I had emailed the hotel the day before letting them know what time I would be arriving and that I would need the shuttle. To staff it was my problem."

"No hot tub, even though one was advertised on the website- it was why we picked this hotel. We were gaslit by property staff who told us they had never had a hot tub, even though there was still a sign staying that there was one by the pool and it was in the pictures of the property on Google. Pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we were in and out on five minutes. I brought it up to the support chat for the hotel and they were rude because we had booked through a third party site. While we were there, we saw two separate companies come to work on something to do with the boilers/ hot water tanks. Then our shower became lukewarm. I would recommend staying anywhere else in the area and I guess calling before booking to ensure they have the amenities that they claim to offer."

"Very unfriendly staff, and you have to pay to leave your vehicle at the hotel. People slamming doors all night. Rooms are VERY small. Do not recommend. "

"This hotel is in bad shape. We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite. The following issues were documented: 1. One of the 2 toilets clogged without use. 2. There was paint stains on the floor. 3. There were 2 phones in the room, none of them worked. 4. The kitchen cabinets were broken and stained with paint. 5. The room smelled like vomit in some areas. The hotel itself was not pleasant to stay at. The most notably issue was people smoking weed in the court yard while we were eating breakfast with the family. Would not recommend this place at all."
