The roof leaks so while walking through casino we felt like we were getting rained on. Looks like management doesn’t give house keeping enough time to properly clean rooms. I liked the easy access to the dennys restaurant. And the old cars with historic value were interesting.

The property is old but the rooms are modern and clean. Comfortable beds. The staff is so nice. The property needs a revamp but the price is great and attracts great talent for concerts.

This property was easy to get to. There were several choices for eating in the hotel and nearby. The gaming was updated and well maintained. The rooms were dirty the carpet in the room and in the hallways was dirty and stained. The furnature was stained. The sheets were clean. The walls in the room were dirty and had dirt and stains. You can see the heyel staff needed to spend more time cleaning the rooms the desk/dresser was warn with peeling paint. They are in desprate need of an update. Even the lock on the door looked damaged.

The rooms are super old and the shower in my room was so dirty, there was yellow soap stuck all over the shower. The casino is not too bad i played for a bit. Drinks were ok.

Nothing is open and the website didnt say that. I have kids with nothing to do. Had.to change room 4TIMES DUE TO DISGUSTING ROOMS! TRIED TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL BUT NO ALL THEOR OTHERS ARE CLOSED. It was literally disgusting. Only dennys ipen, ca t even get a coffee here. If i cohld do negative 1million stars I would!

The hotel does not live up to its’s iconic history. The pool is shut down, the roller coaster doesn’t work, the restaurants are mostly gone, the place is dirty dingy and very out of date and the staff is nearly non existent.

Property hallways smelled of marijuana and rooms are not very clean carpet and drapes had cigarette burn holes. Furniture needs to be replaced like desk and dresser.

I like that it was convenient to have the room and concert in the same building but the rooms and front desk service were horrible. Restrooms in casino floor were flooded with urine. Comp drinks in casino floor were slow coming. Do not recommend.

First off, I reserved 2 rooms for Buffalo bills we parked got our stuff off the car and when checking in they gave me a room at Prim, they said that you basically get whatever they want to give you in any of the 3 hotel properties. When we realized she only gave me 1 room, I went back and they wanted to give me now a room in Buffalo Bills when I clearly asked for the 2 rooms to be together, well we ended up at Prim. The rooms were stinky, AC was horrible blew tons of dust and would stop working and it was super loud, it even gave us all allergies. There wasn’t any hot water showered with cold water, tiles are loose, they had like 3 employees in the entire building. It was just terrible and like very little slot machines… overall disgusting.

I had booked this place for a couple of months for a concert and when I wanted to check in they said it was over booked and had us stay at whiskey Pete’s. There’s no shuttle or anything to go from whiskey Pete’s to Buffalo Bills so we had to walk back and forth before and after the concert.
