"A classy heritage property with beautiful old-world charm. However, it would truly shine with more attention to upkeep. Routine maintenance of furniture, fittings, glasswork, and in-room amenities could be improved to match the grandeur the property promises."

"No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car."
