"From the start, check in with Patience and David, the front desk supervisors were warm and welcoming, well spoken and polished professionals.We settled in with dinner at 19 North. I enjoyed a dish: gourmet grits, gouda and shrimp with tomato and sausage bites... delicios!, My son (26 y/o) had a butterscotch Old Fashioned along with fetuccini alfredo with chicken. The presentation was beautiful, the quality excellent and it was piping hot, served perfectly by Net. Net, our server sparkeled with a glow of kindness and enthusiam... and it was absolutley delicious! Katrina the Director was perfect in her role. We felt as if this hotel staff ran circles around us to make sure our stay was a memorable experience. We relaxed in the pool area and soaked our stress away in the hot tub. We met others traveling who remarked they return to this hotel regularly. 100% this is now our got to in Atlanta! This is a world class experience thanks to all of the amazing people (staff) who keep it up and LOVE helping to insure all guests have a far above average stay. Thank you so much Katrina and staff for helping our vacation memories be the best one could imagine! We will be back!"

"First of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying at a Hyatt as we usually are loyal to a competitor. We were assigned a top floor room where a group of young people were also staying in several rooms. They have a quite a party up there at the expense of everyone on the floor. The odor from the drugs they were smoking leaked into our room and we all woke up with headache from it. Despite several visits from hotel staff their party continued until the wee hours of the morning meaning we did not get any sleep. I feel like they should have been asked to leave. We were so upset and angry that we skipped breakfast so we cannot review any of that. Our sink also had a leak that we had to deal with. Unfortunately, their lack of removal of these unruly guests make this my first and last visit which is a shame because the hotel itself looked pretty clean and in a convenient area."
