"The room was clean and comfortable. Small but good value for money. Unfortunately, on arrival there was no reservation in their system and it took almost an hour to solve. The receptionist was professional and patient but did not speak at single word of English so we had to communicate through Chat GPT. One suggestion for improvement - put soap in the bathroom and shower "

"The shower was the best of our 3 week trip. The bed was small, must have been a full, not a queen. The initial facial sign in was difficult, would have been impossible if we didn't speak Portuguese. Once the facial login was complete, it was the easiest thing to use. So convenient. Great location, I chose it for the pool but it was much too cold in July to go in."

"The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. A half empty Coca-Cola can in the fridge, some trash in the bin, and dirt on the carpet. The bed was made though, with what I hope was clean bed linen. There was also not even a bar of soap in the bathroom, which I could sort with a trip to a nearby grocery store but I would have been very disappointed had I arrived at a time when those are closed. "

"Wasn’t a good experience! I arrived from Canada a long flight I want to take shower they were no soap or shampoo other then a little piece of hand soap!
asked for one they said no you have to go to a convenient store and buy by yourself! I stayed at 7 floor super noisy from the Main Street all the time!
The pool water was disgusting so dirty :((
I will never recommend this place "
