"The room was very convenient and spacious. The air conditioning was not great but it did the job. The location was perfect, near to everything, walkable, next to a beautiful park and a couple of blocks away from El Prado museum. Breakfast could have been better and we thought the dinning area was greatly understaffed, other that that, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall pleased."
