"The staff went above and beyond. It was my girlfriends 30th birthday and while I was in the UK they helped to get things organised and things didn’t change once we got here. The best treatment, I could see the staff did this across the board for everyone at the hotel. "We were really looking forward to staying at Green Villa but upon arrival they said there was a problem with the room and they were completely booked so had to book us in a hotel next door. The place next door was dirty and only half as nice. I went back when I saw they had availability the next 3 nights and they were able to put us in a ground floor room (I paid for a balcony) but it was still nice. "This property is a stunning gem away from the heat and bustle of Galle Fort. A beautiful pool and a sea breeze is definite respite during the day A 5 minute tuk tuk ride will take you to the Fort. The rooms are large. The beds very comfy. The shower was perfect. All decorated simply and in keeping with the building 150 year age. Then there is Mohan who appears like magic when you need something. He is kind and friendly, the perfect host..if he offers to make you a traditional lunch or dinner...
