"I stayed at L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE with my family, and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was the highlight for us. It was a convenient base for exploring Gangnam and getting around Seoul, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and places to visit nearby. After a day out, it was easy to return to the hotel and relax, which made our mother-daughter trip feel comfortable and hassle free. The hotel was comfortable and suited our needs well. Our stay went smoothly from arrival to departure, and everything met our expectations. We didn’t encounter any problems, and there was nothing that left us disappointed. Most of all, I really appreciated how convenient the location was! it made planning our days much easier and gave us more time to enjoy the trip together. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Seoul, especially if I wanted to spend time in Gangnam. I would recommend L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a convenient location."

"Very small and basic room (we had the bunk beds). Rooms are on the 15th and 16th floors of the building. Great location and close to subway line. Breakfast was good but not a big selection (bread, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, eggs, tomatoes, juice, coffee, ham and make your own hot cereal). Nice for the price and right in the middle of all area. Lot's of outlets for power. Slipper in the room to for your use. Would stay there again. We were out for most of the day and basically needed a good place to sleep."

"We stayed for only two nights. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was not up to the expected standard. The bathroom floor was damaged, and several tiles were loose and moving, which made it look as though there might be a serious leak underneath. We reported the issue to reception, and the staff acted quite quickly. We were offered another room, which we accepted. However, it was very inconvenient having to pack and unpack everything twice within such a short stay. On top of that, breakfast was a complete disappointment. The restaurant was extremely busy, with lots of people and a very limited selection of food. It was genuinely difficult to find something decent to eat. I was quite surprised, as I had expected a much wider choice and greater variety. Unfortunately, the overall quality of breakfast was very poor, and it certainly wasn’t a pleasant experience. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and the location was great. However, the room condition and particularly the breakfast experience definitely affected our overall impression of the stay."
