"there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges"

"We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. "Perfect location right on Kupowski Street. Staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected with a large en suite bathroom and balcony. Spotless throughout and serviced daily. Loved my first visit to Poland and will be back to the Sabala very soon."
