"The staff was excellent Mr Sagar the Dining Manager was particularly outstanding. He was always available and went out of his way to ensure our transportation needs from the Tigress to Udaipur were met. We hope The Tigress recognizes his managerial expertise and promotes him accordingly. “Mr B” the wait staff manager was also excellent."

"Lovely little hotel, we were only here for a day but the staff were great, the massage was lovely and the food was delicious.
Ranthanbore doesn’t have a huge amount or huge from in terms of accommodation, so if you’re looking for a budget friendly option that has great service and a lovely pool then you can’t go wrong with this place.
We were actually booked into another hotel but checked out as the staff were rude and other problems, so this place was a welcome break.

"We'd highly recommend staying at this lovely, peaceful hotel which is well placed for visiting Ranthambore park zones 1-5.
If you're looking for a swanky hotel, then this one is not for you. But more importantly, it is clean, comfortable and the staff were just lovely, welcoming and genuine. The meals served in the restaurant were delicious and filling and everything was well priced. We also loved the peaceful gardens and the views from the balconies. "We asked to amend or cancel booking due to war preventing flights and they ignored all communication attempts. Would not respond. So 1 star for staff because clearly they do not care one bit about their guests if they will not even answer an email."

"Our tent, the grounds and the setting were all fantastic, but the highlight was without question the team - they went above and beyond to help us navigate the government safari tours system, which we would have really struggled with on our own!"

"Spent 2 days here and had a great experience. Excellent food - both breakfast and dinner. Quiet place with basic amenities. The cottage was adequate for a short stay and the staff was friendly. Enjoyed the wild life, mainly monkeys, within the property as well.
The only negative point was the internet. The wifi was extremely slow and not much 4G coverage inside the room so wifi was the only option."
