The property was clean and well maintained. Although I went during an off season still I was addressed with best behavior and all the amenities were working. The food we ordered were also up to the mark. We even got a complimentary drop off service to the starting point of Vaishno devi mandir trek

In middle of the city but a quiet place to reboot

Good hotel to stay at. Shower leaked water into the main bathroom - hotel provided an extra towel to spread on floor when we complained. Food quality is very spotty. Had two breakfasts plus dinner and it was hit and miss with everything. Still a decent hotel though a bit overrated in my opinion.
