"We were well looked after from the moment we arrived. Communication with staff before our arrival was great and there was always somebody available if we needed help or advice about planning trips while we were there. The room was beautiful and the hotel is right in the heart of the old town so we were near restaurants and cafes. It was also very peaceful through the night. Delicious breakfast in the small quiet courtyard was a perfect way to start day."

Take advantage of the taxi service provided in order to aboid getting lost in the winding alleys that make up the Old City. Its unlike anything youve seen in a good way. "I didn’t use the ac or kitchen. The room did have and I used the first fridge I encountered in Croatia. I had to leave early for the airport, but the hostess provided more than enough food to get my early morning going. The room and courtyard were beautiful and a delight. About as perfect as it gets. "It's a problem that the parking lot is so far away from the hotel. The hotel is located within the city walls. So, there is no elevator. We have to carry our luggage upstairs with difficulty. The manager is very nice. "

"We stayed @ Villa Split Heritage for 2 nights. It is in the middle of Old Town - so fantastic location. They provided all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our breakfasts too. Need to mention Zoran, the front desk staff. He was incredibly helpful & friendly. He even helped us with our luggage to our car pick up point."
