Your host contacts you ahead of time, provides activity options for your stay, we had a lovely clean room, it’s right in the centre of Split, and breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. "Location is perfect. Its within the old town. Few meters away from the cathedral. Gelateria and bakery here and there. Picasso bar on the ground floor. It can be noisy until 1am. Studio unit is spacious. Receptionist responds right away when you message them for something. Its close to the promenade and port. When its available on your search dates grab it right away! You wont regret with its convenience. One thing that im not so happy is that there’s no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd floor....
"This beautiful property is nestled by the old castle gates, it’s been refurbished to a great standard, the staff are all super friendly, happy to help & give advice. It’s walking distance to the beach, shops, port promenade and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the fridge kept drinks cool and the air con was a welcome relief on those really hot days. It was an amazing holiday, thank you!"
"Wonderful place. We only stayed 2 nights but were treated like royalty. The hotel is located in Old Town which is not accessible by car. They set up a driver for us to pick us up from the hotel and then hotel staff met us and walked us to the hotel and carried our luggage. The room was pretty big (for Europe). Had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Only complaint is the bed was pretty stiff. Breakfast spread was amazing and there’s a bar/cafe outside downstairs that was so cute. The staff was...
"Great location, beautiful room and exceptional customer service. We went to the wrong section of the hotel, so they organised to have our, rather heavy, bags taken to our room.
We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and sat outside in the beautiful courtyard. The food was delicious and our waiter, Moreno, was absolutely lovely and he had incredible knowledge of Croatia - which was fascinating to hear. Moreno also served us breakfast the next morning and his customer service is exceptional,...

"Amazing boutique apartment, a few steps away from old town. One of the advantages of being outside of the city wall, is that taxis can easily drop/pick you up in front of your apartment. Unlike inside the city walls, no cars are permitted, so you have to drag your luggage inside it.
The staff here were very friendly and helpful, especially allowing us to leave our luggage and check in earlier."
