"It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was perfectly clean. Right in front of the room window, we could see the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral. Breakfast was delicious—the bread, fresh vegetables, and local sweets were all satisfyingly tasty. We've never experienced such a wonderful hotel before."

"I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. Special thanks to Mario for shuttling us to and from the garage. The whole reception team for great communication from start to finish. Thank you so much!"

"Everything was fantastic! I couldn't have been happier with the room or service I got. The bed was comfy, the room was big and the view amazing (from 4th floor). They had even towel warmers and new coffee powder was brought every day. The location was great too and felt safe as a solo female traveller, bus stations were not far either. "

"This hotel was fantastic and our favorite one of our entire trip to Croatia. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was amazing!! They greated us at our arrival with a cherry liquor and even gave us a cell phone with their reception phone number preprogrammed so we could reach them 24/7 if needed. Their breakfast was incredible, they had a 3 story sampler plates with fruits cheeses bread jam and pastries and we got to order a hot breakfast on top of all that. Everything was...

"It's a problem that the parking lot is so far away from the hotel. The hotel is located within the city walls. So, there is no elevator. We have to carry our luggage upstairs with difficulty. The manager is very nice. "

"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."
