The view from the balcony is stunning, a great place to have a wine and see the sunset away from the crowds. The breakfast option wasn’t the best. Room was stunning! Overall happy with the stay and location. The receptionist who welcomed us was really lovely.

Our room indicated a shower, but, it was a handheld shower head in a tub. There was no curtain to keep water in. The restaurant for breakfast was a 10 minute walk away. Room was good. Location is great! We could here all the walking in the room above us.

The only reason I stay on this hotel is location. The bed is very uncomfortable. There is something under the bedsheets that is used at the hospital. The towels were very old and seem like they have been washed without detergent. I used my beach towel.

Plaza Marchi is a gem boutique hotel in Split! Perfectly located just inside the walls off the middle entrance to old town- easy walk from either taxi stand. I loved being part of the palace walls- literally looking into a window to see the palace substructure from the lobby stairs! Rooms are spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Bed was delightful and comfy chairs as well to relax after a long day. The desk staff was very helpful for our visit offering luggage storage, restaurant hints and humor. Thank you! A wonderful experience!

The air conditioned room was life saving due to the heat wave affecting Split while I was visiting. The terrace had an incredible view of the Old Town and was wonderful to sit on at sunset when it was cooled down outside. The bedroom and bathroom I had was very spacious as well. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Split in the future!

This hotel is in an incredible location within the Diocletian Palace walls. It is also steps from the port. There are tons of shops and restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The hotel is beautifully built with old stone walls blended with newer construction on the upper rooms. The A/C is cold and the rooms are clean. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace for sitting and talking in views of the surrounding palace area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was great, and the staff was helpful and clear with instructions. I really liked the bed and the room's size. The property is also well renovated, and you can clearly see they are trying to elevate it to a true hotel, not some place that is very money-focused and does not bother working on the property itself.
