"Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. Thank you, ULIV Cibeles!"

"Great service, great location. The ac in my room did stopped working on the second night hut they were quick to send a maintenance to work on it, but since they couldn't fix it they moved us to another room quickly. The breakfast was overall basic continental, wish they could make it a little more mexican style well since we're in Mexico. Over all, great service, staff was helpful, clean facilities, location is great, just couple blocks from the Angel de la Independencia and Zona rosa. Lots restaurants near by. The rooftop pool and lounge is really nice, get some nice views of the city. I will stay here again, definitely recommend."
