Spent 7 days and recommend the hotel Very Friendly staff Buffet breakfast was wonderful! Pool was nice Took 1/2 hour from airport There is a grocery and liquor store next to the hotel There is a Taxi stop right at the bottom of the hotel. 1/2 hour to go to Gambir train station 1/2 hour walk to the Mandiri Bank museum which I recommend, ask well as the other museums around.

Novotel assures

After checking into another hotel and finding it filthy (I wont be using OYO ever again) the predictable standards of a chain like Novotel were just what I needed. Veey good price with a pool and very clean. Not the greatest location.

Not too bad, but could be better.

I had good stay there. However, my review there: For the price I got, it s better to stay in another newer renovated hotel. Because the hotel is not fabulous, but the staffs are nice and friendly. Swimming pool is small. The bed was firm, good. Hotel strictly did not give late check out, need to pay if you need one :-(

Too many local people there and it was noisy as well

Can't believe this is Novotel

I was nearly get my feet hurt by sharp edge of the metal plate between the corridor and the washroom. Can't believe the door can't be closed unless I bang it when I get out. The lifts are extremely slow.

Sub-standard Accor Hotel.

The hotel did not reflect a 4-star hotel but a mere 2-star hotel. The aircon was broken though the engineer managed to fix it, it was not really cool. The hotel condition was gloomy. Amenities in the room was sub standard. Shampoo and bath gel bottles were empty. Sometimes the housekeeper didn't provide bottled water. I've stayed in many Accor hotels around the world, probably this is the worst.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer, das oberste wurde gründlich und zeitnah täglich geputzt und die Handtücher getauscht, im untersten (9. Stock) wurde nicht oder sehr spät geputzt und Handtücher mussten wir an der Rezeption holen. Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt und teilweise riechen auch die rauchfreien Zimmer noch nach Rauch (alter Rauch, der einfach noch in den Vorhängen / Teppich hängt). Rezeption ist freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut. Massage war preiswert und gut. Lage praktisch.

お風呂場は特に汚く、設備が古いのは仕方がないが、簡単に拭えるような汚れが残っており、浴室も床がぬるっとしていて最悪だった。 ドライヤーはリクエスト制のようで部屋になく、チェックインの時に説明がなかったので濡れた髪で待つことになった。フロントに電話しようにも、フロントの番号も電話やカードキーのカバーにも書いていなく非常に不親切。ドライヤーはなかなか届かず2回も電話して、挙げ句の果てにフロントに濡れた髪のまま取りに行った。インドネシア人女性はドライヤーを使わないのか？女性を歓迎していないようだ。非常に不愉快。寝具も湿気がすごく、電気もスイッチが反応しないところがある。ノボテルブランドだから最低限のクオリティは保証されている方思ったがそんなことはなかった。多少値差があったも、そんなに離れていないホリデイインを強くお勧めする。
