Had a fantastic stay at the Mulia. The service was warm, professional and efficient. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Junior suite was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The executive lounge on the 38th floor was beautiful with expansive views of the city. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend!

Love the hotel and will come back. I was introduced to the Mulia brand before this and truly enjoyed my stay. My only feedback is breakfast window that is required, not very convenient for us. We are visiting for a vacation and want to be able to just relax. It wasn’t very relaxing with breakfast. Overall the service was outstanding and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Indonesia Sports Complex

I am sure the Mulia was once a very nice hotel, but it is now showing its age. However, the pool, gym, tennis courts, sauna, and spa are still top-notch. The breakfast buffet is above average, and the food from the restaurants, both local and Western, is much better than expected. There is no better place to stay if you are attending a game at the Indonesia Sports Complex, but I otherwise wouldn't go out of my way to stay here as there are better hotels priced less than this with preferable locations.
