Great hotel. There are many cheaper hotels out there but for the massive room size you get it is great value. Good location too if you want to stay in South Jakarta. Fairly quiet too with not too many children around.

The room was spacious, and we really appreciated the large bathroom. The room looks really nice. The bed was comfortable, though we did feel a little itchy lying on it. We checked for bedbugs and found none, so perhaps the room had been unused for a while. The space also felt a bit dusty. We didn’t see many guests around, but since we were only staying for one night, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the location was convenient for the wedding we were attending, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The hotel is a little far from your famous shopping centres in Jakarta.

Hidden gem

Just spent three nights at this hotel and I cannot fault it. The junior suite it was absolutely perfect in every way, very spacious with all facilities, an an excellent bathroom, and a huge double bed. The room was also very quiet at night. Facilities at the hotel are all so good with a good rooftop bar with live music and a dining room which I only use for breakfast but sampled my first Indonesian breakfast. Thoroughly recommend it when staying in Jakarta

The hotel is in a good location however not in walkable distance to shops or restaurants. Unfortunately some of the technical installations in the room were not properly functioning. Limited number of TV challels with no English speaking news channel. Nice bar on the top floor.

Staff were great! Special mention to Pak Adit for making the stay great as his service made up for the parts that were lacking. Didn't mind the age of the place but there were lights in the toilet that were not working and this was not rectified. Restaurant and Bar were very little staff and were relatively quiet.

When we arrived another guest helped us open the door as we tried to bring in our luggage from a long flight, sadly the 2 standing at the desk attending no one were not helpful. We asked for a room not near the lift as my husband is a light sleeper. Told there were no other rooms. Asked for 2 key cards and was told no. Rooms are beautifully set up and spacious, but not soundproof - being rightby the highway made for a bad nights rest. Breakfast was nicely set up, but the food was cold. Lots of variety and the staff seemed uninterested except for the guys making the eggs and guy making the coffee. Not really 5 star, more like a 3 for me- although the staff could have brought it up to a 3.8.

It was a pleasant experience but I have to warn fellow travelers… the food is subpar. I love Indonesian food but the food here was way below standards. I’ve had much better from street vendors. Other than that it was wonderful.

Overall Excellent stay experience.

Overall Excellent stay experience. Wonderfull room and bath, the automated toilet is exquisite . The amenities is good, the service is excellent. But as for most private hotel, the car park is a bit squeezy. And i’m not thrilled about the breakfast menu either.

When I checked in the problem with the air cont then it got fix..... tv was ok and I went out for dinner when got back tv didn’t work n I complain then they fix up on 1 a m including bring a tv from other room... so the room called royal suite not real suite after all

Excellent stay at Goodrich suites :)

Larger room than most rooms in the price range, big comfy bed, *very nice bathroom with huge shower, separate tub, big well-lit mirror, and lots of space. WiFi was quick and solid. Breakfast buffet cuisine was more regional than Western with dishes and fruits you don't commonly see. :) Gym, restaurant, outdoor pool, bar on top floor, all spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel not crowded (new hotel opened this year), would recommend if looking to stay outside of central Jakarta, somewhere south with less traffic, not far from malls and the Ragunan Zoo. :) Well worth the price.

Excellent and friendliest service

The hotel staff is everything a weary and tired businessman needs to get over his lethargy. The rooms are excellently comfortable and even though the location isn’t in the centre of the city, it provides a decent access to malls, food and entertainment establishments. Will always stay here when in Jakarta.

Excellent staff and service

The Goodrich Suites may seem a little out of the way for the typical tourist, but it’s actually an excellent place to stay if you’re looking to simply enjoy a very good rest. The staff are one of the most friendliest I have experienced in all my years of travelling and they will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. And the rooms are a joy to be in. If you’re travelling on business, or maybe just want to look for a place to escape from it all, Goodrich Suites is definitely a consideration.
