シャワーがぬるま湯以上温かくならなかった。各階にウォーターサーバーがあり便利。タオル類はバスタオル1枚のみ。バックパッカー以上ビジネス以下。フロントは英語が通じます。

Everything you need in one place

Located in shopping district. Everything is here. Food, grocery, clothing, souvenir, no need to go outside. But a bit hard to go out from here because small and tricky road. Overall is good experience.

Clean Hotel but Hard to Reach

It’s located downtown across a bargain mall that has seen better days so it isn’t clean. To be honest, it didn’t look safe but the locals were helpful if you ask politely even though they spoke little to no English. I like that at night, there’s a mini food market outside. It was also difficult to get there for the taxi (from airport to hotel) and for the Grab driver (from the hotel to another hotel) because of all the blocked small streets. They had to pay an entry fee to get to to the hotel. The hotel itself is very basic. It is clean and everything works. But the towels are a bit worn and frayed.

Check in was prompt. Lobby was nice, bright and welcoming. Our room was of a good size, clean but the towels need to change as they are so worn and hard. The sheets and covers have seen better days after continuous wash. It will be great if they put in new towels and bed linens. The breakfast was Indonesian style buffet. Slow in topping up. The girls mending the Egg station were rookies and do not accept critics. They make the egg omelet in advance and leave it to turn cold and serve that to the guest. Will not have breakfast there again. Book this hotel for the location easy access to food and shopping.

基本上我喜歡這家飯店，但來3次都有不一樣的感受，房間有窗外風景的比較好，因為比較大一點看起來也乾淨舒服，但這次入住有事先預訂，只是check in的時候確不是給我這樣的房間，還要我據理力爭才有，這讓人不是很舒服
