"Checkin was easy and reception was super friendly. The capsules are spacious and clean. There are 4 in a room. i love the fact that you can close your door and have your own privacy. Definitely I enjoyed it more that having to share a room full of bunk beds. The lock on my door didnt seem to work but there are also lockers for your items. Hopefully they can get that fixed though. "Juan was at the front desk when I arrived and he was absolutely wonderful. I got stuck at one of the beaches and he made sure to call me a taxi to get me back safely to the hotel. The property is beautifully renovated. It's in a prime location, walking distance to the beach and the ferry port. There are many shops and restaurants right outside. Air-conditioning is nice. The bathroom is new and spacious. The whole hotel is New and Just tastefully done. Will definitely be returning."

"The hotel itself is a little tired but great location for visiting Gibraltar (by foot- only 10 min walk to border) and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and asset to the hotel. Room also tired but comfortable, hot shower, and nice to have the balcony overlooking the water. Parking at the hotel (secure, underground) was incredibly easy and ample spaces - (€12/24hr). Breakfast was busy but had many options, would recommend. Overall, would recommend for visiting Gibraltar. Staff were 5*."
