"Parking was terrible. Our door did not close completely we had to make sure we pulled it shut when leaving. Bathroom sink was clogged and the hot water in bathroom sink did not turn on. No shower curtain or door."

"Hotel was great for a last minute trip to Jacksonville for the family with kids, was able to get a room with a king size bed for the parents and a room with two queens connected to our room for the kids.
