Overall, I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, especially for the airport. The only downside was the noise near the outdoor pool and terrace area. During the day it was fine, but at night there was music playing continuously, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and I would still recommend this hotel.

Convenient to airport. Excellent breakfast options considering some hotels do not offer free breakfast and free parking. Hotel was quiet and nice size room with kitchen appliances for the price.

Really liked thos hotel. Location was great,2 restaurants just rigjt outside the parking lot. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was good. Rooms need just a little TLC and tue pool needs the bottom cleaned but apart from that it was a really enjoyable stay. Im die back inbthe area next eeek and im staying there again. That says it all.

Ended up giving me a larger room then I asked for. Easy access. Awesome hot breakfast. Parking was full so we had to walk in the cold rain with our stuff but overall awesome.

Older hotel. Did not have a USB port, which i needed. That was my only real complaint. Otherwise comfortable, clean, good bed and just fine.

The staff was great. The rooms definitely need some TLC. We had issues with a toilet leak and had to be moved. Then in our replacement room our stove top only had one working burner, the handle operating the shower wouldn't stay put and went to hot rapidly. We were told that maintenance woukd address these issues, but that never happened while we were there. But after all that, because of the wonderful staff, and knowing that those we communicated with didn’t have the ability to correct these issues, I'd consider staying again.

We checked out after dirty and unsafe conditions after given 3 different rooms to switch too. 1st room had other peoples clothes room not completely cleaned evidently. 2nd room had poor air conditioning and could not be fixed. 3rd room given had terrible stains not sure what it was poor lighting could of been blood or other stains not sure. So we decided to check out. Staff wrote a refund and was accommodating since the rooms were not well cleaned. Staff was mostly nice. Maid service was oddly not equipped with needed towels and so forth for the rooms and were visible near front desk and hallway and main entrance to take carts in. Seemed very disorganized and the cleaning staff was there very late in the evening 5:30pm and after washing and folding towels. The hallways had small pieces of trash that could have been vacuumed since the staff was on the floor. There was trash in the wooded area as well next to the hotel when you look out the window of the room. Couch cushion was ripped in one of the rooms. Dishwasher had standing water in it. So I ran it to see if it would drain. Detergent was not in the room for the kitchenette and dishwasher.

I stayed her twice in 5 days. 1st time was for 1 night, really enjoyed the place and the staff were really nice and friendly. I asked could I pay cash for my stay when I checked out? Gave them a CC to have on file for any charges etc but my car wouldn't be debited for the 2 night's stay. Went to check out and they had charged the whole stay to my card. Ok I wasnt happy but I had a flight to catch so I left and 3 days later i returned to stay 1 night and pick up my car which I had left in their parking lot. I emailed them to ask where the hotel shuttle would pick me up at the airport? I was told pole 6,just give them a call once I'm there. I find pole 6 and I called and called and called. 7 times I called and they didn't pick up once. I eventually gave up and got a cab that cost 30 bucks. Got into reception,asked was there a problem with there phone as I called 7 times. She said "no I'm on myself" .Your a RECEPTIONIST ?Anyway I won't return. Shame as I did like the place.Plenty of other airport hotels to choose from.

When we checked in though our room was available we were told it would be an additional fee of 1/2 the cost of the room since it was 1:30 and check in was 3 PM. Obviously we left and when we returned the man at desk said he never heard of charging a customer if room was ready It was a very windy cold night on the 41st so turned heat on in room but it did not work. Temperature in room was 55 so turned everything off and room was 57 when we left and we were unable to shower. Let the Desk Clerk know when we came down for complimentary breakfast which also is a joke. DO NOT stay at this hotel and we were so surprised since it is a Marriptt
