The room itself was great and the facilities are nice. The pool looked filthy and I didn’t go near it. We had a roach crawl across our bed the morning we were leaving which put a damper on our stay. The staff were pretty cold. They would help you when you ask, but they didn’t ever seem happy about it and they weren’t friendly at all. Breakfast was pretty good.

Hotel was super clean and updated. Staff was wonderfully helpful. There was a musty smell in the hallways this time around that I’ve not experienced before (we stay here about once a year). But there were air dryers throughout so I’m guessing it was a one time thing. The room itself was fresh and clean. No smell. Cool & fresh.

Stay there every year for Thanksgiving.The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast isn’t great, but it’s free so can’t really complain about that. Will absolutely stay there next year.
