During my stay the hotel did not have hot water. The staff were friendly but didn't communicate the issue very well. The hotel was clean and in a great location for me. It accommodated my Great Dane which was a HUGE plus!

The shuttle was good. It felt a little bareboned. Room no water bottles. Tub no stopper for water. The welcome message on tv monitor was nice. The pool looked nice but didnt get to use it arrived too late and left too early.
