I booked this hotel through Expedia. From the outside, the property looked brand new—clean, shiny, and very inviting. I’d give the exterior an A+. The lobby and entrance were also really nice, definitely another A+. However, once we got to the room, things started to feel different. You could tell there had been some remodeling, but it seemed more like a “cover-up” than a true renovation. Customer service at check-in was polite and helpful, but there was an issue with the booking. Expedia had our room listed as having a balcony, but when we checked in, the staff said they don’t even have balcony rooms. That was disappointing and a frustrating way to start. Later that night, when we returned to the room, we realized the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly. The front of the suite had a little cooling, but the bedroom was very uncomfortable. We actually ended up going to the front desk to get a fan. Overall, while the outside and lobby gave a great first impression, the room quality and AC issues left us unsatisfied. Because of these problems, I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was very clean. The odd thing was that for fairly new construction there was a lot broken! Broken tiles broken floor broken sink and VERY broken front door to the room. The lock was bent, barely could shut, looked as though it had been broken into at some point.

I have stayed here before because of the location and 2 bedroom suites available. Our room could use additional cleaning as the bathroom shelves were dusty and the backsplashes had spots on them. We specifically requested our room cleaned daily ahead of time online and with the cleaning staff on our floor one day while leaving out only to return to a dirty room. We were then told at the front desk that they only clean every 3 days of your stay-unacceptable. Breakfast is good and exercise room should have water available.

Overall I’d stay here again. We stayed on our way out of town and then coming back through a week later. The first stay was good, nice clean room, nice staff, clean. The second stay on our way back, the person at the desk wasn’t very welcoming. It seemed as if I were a burden when I checked in. Our room was kind of clean, you could tell it hadn’t been mopped because there were sticky foot prints all over the floor. The water faucets were backwards and different in each bathroom. One for the bathroom doors was really hard to open because it would drag the floor. Our dishes in the cabinets were dirty and required us to handwash them before we used them. With all that said, the breakfast both mornings were delicious, and good variety of choices. The morning staff was super nice both days.
