This is a first time staying at Candlewood Suites-Jackson. It's worth a return trip. The hotel is pet friendly, the staff is incredibly courteous, there are several unexpected amenities including a free laundry, and the hotel is near several great restaurants. It's convenient to several shopping options. And, the space was clean, had a kitchenette, and spacious bathroom! Loved it!

Our vehicle full of stuff was safe in the parking lot. Could hear road noise in the room and pillows were overstuffed, but my husband had a good night's sleep. Staff was great, as was the room. We loved the kitchen and everything was very clean! So nice to have a Bible in the bedside drawer. We've never tried this chain before and hope to stay again on future trips. Very satisfied.
