"One of the selling points for picking this hotel was that it had a casino shuttle...if it's no longer available due to COVID then don't advertise it 4 years later"
"The beds need replacing. They are lumpy and bumpy and uneven.
The breakfast area is too cramped for many people to be there serving their food at one time"
"Our weekend went EXTREMELY WELL for how it went for us as we expect, Sooo therefore we DO know how to adapt in a flash. Y’all were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS with every time my husband went up to the desk. My sincere apologies. Y’all were wonderful. Thank you. Our trip was fun."
"I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay."
"One of the nicest place I hv stayed! Most imp property is sparklingly clean. Staff and especially an old lady at the reception was extremely gracious. Whatever question we had.. She was happy to help!! Only thing I didn't like was the coffee and the breakfast..omg the coffee was absolutely tasteless"

"The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. I believe some other hotels have also switched to non-daily room service. But it means having to ask for supplies at the front desk, trash cans overflowing (where do we throw them out?), and a generally rumpled feeling which is rather depressing. For what the room costs, it seems to me that daily housekeeping isn’t an unreasonable ask."
"We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and very relaxing from start to finish. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the views were incredible. The amenities were great and made the stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the birding — truly top notch for anyone who enjoys nature and wildlife. We also appreciated how pet friendly the property was, which made traveling with our dog stress-free. The staff was responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
Overall, a 5 out of 5 experience. We would definitely stay here again."
