Not all the pictures are from Astora hotel SPA is in another hotel acreoss the street Cost for SPA is not 330/day is 330 /hour Despite the fact that I requested they didn't give me a shower gel or shampoo (only small soap) Kitchen is closed at 20:00 not at 21:00 Menu only in German and Checz Nobody is speaking English

The hotel management thanks you for evaluating your stay. We have considered your comments and allow us to comment on them. The spa and swimming pool are located in our complex, we do not state that it is directly in the hotel. Located across the street approx. 20 m. You have booked a standard room (cat.) Where only soap is available. Other cosmetics are part of the higher category equipment. The price of 330 CZK is for 3 hours in the pool, not per hour, and nowhere do we state that the price is for the whole day and as a guest we have another offer at a 20% discount. Regarding meals: dinner can be ordered until 8.30 pm and the restaurant is open every day until 10 pm We believe that there was a communication misunderstanding and we believe that we will be able to welcome you again in the future.

Wir waren dort für ein Wochenende Nähe Oberwiesenthal. Preis für die Unterkunft war ok, Zimmer waren neu, großzügig und sehr sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Abendbuffet haben wir jedoch nur 1x genutzt , weil es tatsächlich nicht unseren (nicht allzu hohen) Ansprüchen ent

Ophold for anden gang
Værelset var super. Morgenmaden var super. Personalet søde🇩🇰. Men…, Det var trist at aftensmaden var blevet så elendigt. Buffen var kke værd at skrive om. Ala carte var kedeligt.. sidste år var maden fremragende og ala carteci top.. Tænker kokken har tabt sutten🤔🤔🤔🤔 vi valgte at gå ud og spise istedet.. trist for hotellet😩

Die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, das Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend, aber jeden Tag das Gleiche. Aquazentrum befand sich gegenüber vom Hotel, aber konnten wir nicht nutzen, da Kinder wohl erst ab 1 Jahr reindurften, unser Baby war erst sieben Monate alt. Die Gegend ist schön, aber für uns unpassend.

Tolle Zimmer, renoviert und groß! Wir hatten noch ein zusätzlichen Wohnraum mit extra Esstisch, Couch, Küche und Flat TV! Schönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche! Frühstück völlig ok! Der Preis auch!

Wir hatten ein Comfort Doppelzimmer, das schön groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Das Skigebiet in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und ein Hallenbad gegenüber. Kommen gerne wieder.

Durchreise statt Urlaubsreise
Leider war der Empfang schon gleich zu Anfang etwas schwierig da angeblich keine Reservierung vorlag und erst recht keine Vorauszahlung erfolgt sein soll. Gott sei Dank war Hotels.com umgehend erreichbar und konnte alles mit der Rezeptionistin klären. Leider haben wir trotz Reservierung eines Double Room Comfort Zimmer‘s nur ein Standard Zimmer bekommen. Wären wir länger als 1. Nacht geblieben hätte ich das bemängelt. Das Schwimmbad ist außerhalb des Hotels und man kann es nicht kostenfrei mit nutzen sondern erhält 20% Nachlass. Es gibt auch kein Innenpool im Hotel wie es beworben wird. Das Schwimmbad ist öffentlich. Der Frühstücksraum war schön doch leider das Frühstück nur sehr einfach ausgelegt. Kein Obst, wenig Auswahl, definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Schade aber für 80€ zu 2. viel. auch etwas zu optimistisch gesehen. Als Durchreise aber eine günstige Option.

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten bei der Reservierung, wir haben bereits Maßnahmen ergriffen. Das Frühstück in Form eines warmen und kalten Buffets entspricht der Kategorie des 3* Hotels, in der Obstkarte servieren wir standardmäßig geschnittene Zitrus-Orangen und Grapefruits, Melonen und Ananas sowie Stückfrüchte nach saisonalem Angebot.
