"Extremely disappointing experience. The place was dirty and poorly maintained, the furniture was broken, the toilet and AC did not work properly, and the amenities were in terrible condition. We also had a very upsetting privacy issue during our stay. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place."

"Our room was partially below grade and we arrived at the tail end of a heat wave. The AC was left off and the room was very moist, like sheets felt damp. We turned on the AC and it was working all night but still felt humid the morning. My friend had a shower that night and the tiles in the bathroom were wet in the morning. "This place sucks ass. All bad reviews are accurate. Spend a few bucks more and stay anywhere else. Not quite the worst place I've stayed in my life, but it's close! Locks on doors don't work. Bath tub doesn't work. Curtains falling down. Chairs in rooms broken. Ice machine and drink machine don't work and apparently haven't for a long time. Stairs outside are busted up. "We like the property and have stayed there several times. It's our favorite property in Huntsville. They have been building a new development adjacent to the property and the street has not been paved for several years which is a little annoying because its not even maintained properly and is full of potholes"

Blinds didn’t cover entire patio door top to bottom, so the very bright light right outside was shining in through the bottom and glaring off the laminate floor all night, then the sun in the morning too. "Trying to even find a place at the office to check in was nearly impossible without walking a staircase. Balcony and stairway in desperate need of upgrading. When entering the entrance carpet looked like there was mud and whatever else was on it. The entrance door was dirty. Do bad we left and got a room down the road for the same price. Was told I would not get my money back but it was worth it just to get out of there"
