"Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Hot tub was great and the pool area had been remodeled. Continental breakfast was very good, better selection than most other hotels offer. Would recommend this hotel if yo are in the area."

"The hotel seems relatively new, however, could use some deep cleaning. It is located in a nice area of the state and the staff were friendly. The breakfast could use some work. The scrambled eggs were sitting in water and the ham pieces were not very hot. There was no breakfast potatoes available; typically, every hotel we've visited has a potato choice and there was none."

"Not worth the price! Furniture is horrible, uncomfortable, and rooms are decorated from two decades ago. The shower floor was so slippery I almost fell numerous times. Do not stay if you are elderly. Staff were unfriendly and not personable at all. Free breakfast was not good. Stay elsewhere in town. This hotel is way overpriced for what it is. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Waukesha parking is really the only issue here. Handicap spots are limited and Waukesha requires paid parking if overnight. Great little hotel and right downtown. The staff was excellent! Room was very clean and bedding and bathroom were in great shape."
