A estadia foi muito boa, o café da manhã é excelente e os quartos são confortáveis. O estacionamento é pago e caro R$ 40,00. O quarto e o frigobar necessitavam de maior atenção quanto a limpeza. Afastar os móveis para limpar, estavam com muita sujeira quando afastei e o frigobar estava sujo.

Péssima higiene

O local nao tem funcionários suficientes, quarto e banheiro mofados, cafe da manha completamente desorganizado , sem reposiçao, higiene precária , mesas do cafe da manha sujas e sem funcionarios para limpar. Quando cheguei no cafeas 08:30 haviam 15 mesas livres , porem todas completamente sujas e nenhum funcionario limpando. Precisei avisar a recepção do hotel para que conseguissem encontrar alguem para limpar pelo menos uma mesa. Isso nao aconteceu e acabei tendo que tomar o cafe no loby do hotel. Incrivel que contei 5 funcionarios dentro da cozinha, mesmo assim sem reposiçao do café ou serviço mínimo de higiene. Levando em consideraçao a diaria de 590 reais que paguei para ese hotel, esperava o minimo de higiene e consideração. Existem muitos hoteis melhores e com preços melhores na regiao.

O hoteluito bom e bem localizado. O estacionamento é terceirizado e paga a parte, o que incomodou é que o valor do estacionamento praticamente dobrou durante nossa estadia.

Fiquei chateada pois na reserva dizia sobre estacionamento e na hora quiseram me cobrar 32 reais a diária. Se fosse assim tinha pego outro hotel. Deveriam deixar escrito no anúncio que o estacionamento é pago. Atendentendes se serviço médio. As instalações do hotel são ok.

O atendimento foi horrivel, a recepção que nos atendeu foi de péssima qualidade, super grosseiro, nada atencioso, a cama super dura, a claridade do ambiente não é boa, a localização do espelho poderia ser melhor, saimos do hotel para um passeio nas redondezas, e a entrega do quarto era as 12h, voltamos as 11:30h e nosso cartão do quarto já havia sido bloqueado e não nos foi avisado sobre isso, por ser nossa primeira vez ali, poderiam ter nos orientado ou nos informativos do quarto, terem nos orientados. Para passaeio não recomendo, talvez apenas para uma noite de negócios na cidade sim.

Boa localização, delicioso café da manhã, hall decorado e bonito, mas o quarto achei bemmmm apertado, a geladeira nem abria, pq tinha a cama, e o ar condicionado achei velho e barulhento. A ducha do banheiro ótima, e no geral, achei uma boa estadia.
