Infelizmente não voltaria

O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada perto de tudo, inclusive pela proximidade da vila germanica isso superou minhas espectativas; porém o hotel precisa focar mais no conforto dos hospedes e não apenas no hall de entrada. ( É muito bonito) A cama de casal é pequena desconfortável, banheiro abafado sem janelas, roupa de cama ruins ( velhas)e a limpeza até que é razoável porém entra muito bichinho pelo buraco do cano do ar condicionado, talvez a única coisa que salvou no quarto foi o ar condicionado e o frigobar que gela bem as coisas dentro dele. O atendimento é muito bom fui muito bem atendido, são atenciosos e educados. Mas não voltaria pelo conforto e limpeza do quarto; talvez existisse quartos melhores na propriedade e tive azar de pegar um quarto ruim.

A boa localização não compensa o mau serviço

1. Boa localização. 2. Hotel sujo. Havia cabelo de hóspedes anteriores no banheiro e no quarto. 3. Pia do banheiro entupida, demonstrando que há tempo não é realizada uma limpeza. 4. Formigas no quarto em busca de matéria orgânica de hóspedes anteriores. 5. Estacionamento. No site Hoteis.com, a pesquisa informa que a garagem é inclusa. Porém após estarmos instalados fomos informados que teria também esse pagamento. 6. Quanto a esse item, a atendente nos disse que outros hóspedes já reclamaram desta informação incorreta, mas que deveríamos reclamar para o Hoteis.com, o que mais nos pareceu ser uma trapaça. 7. Quiçá se o estacionamento fosse num local bacana. Mas não! É é num terreno baldio, descoberto, embaixo de árvores, que até barro tem para chegar no carro. 8. A boa localização não compensa o aborrecimento.
