Cleanliness was not up to scratch. Was only allowed 1 toilet roll for my room, if the cleaner left 2 rolls upon my request it would be gone if I left my room. I paid for 9 days of breakfast for 2 of us and only ate it once at the hotel as it’s a very poor selection especially for the price! I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and convenient for Ataturk airport. However, the rooms reek of smoke. I asked for a non smoking room which made no difference. The towels in the bathroom are ridiculously small. You need bath and hand towels. The reception was indifferent I didn’t feel particularly welcome and the following morning they arranged a taxi which went to the wrong destination.

Nice staff and quiet room
The staff was very nice at the reception. The room was quiet and clean. There was a mall close to the hotel. I will come back here on my next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

The room was basic. I was located on the last 5th floor with no access to terrace and it was where the air-con bodies were located outside, which was not very pleasing. The ceiling had dried out yellow spots throughout from prior leakages. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean. The frustrating thing was that I asked for a late check out, as my airport transfer was not until 6pm, and was asked to pay half day rate. I paid and was told that I could keep the room until about 5-5.30pm. However, on the day 10mins to 5pm I got a call from reception that I need to make sure I vacate at 5pm sharp. Five hours late check out was certainly not worth half a day pay!! Overall, the hotel does not live up to its 4* and the staff including most reception struggle with English.

Was there for 2 nights on business and hotel was totally fine for a quick trip. Hotel is small but comfortable and in good condition. Restaurant has decent options and if your friendly to the staff, they are very friendly back. However, if you have an attitude don’t expect staff to respect you.

Staff was helpful most of the time. The noise is unbearabl, it is next to autobahn plus you can hear snoring (and everything else) from the neighbour rooms. Rooms are good sized but not clean enough .

The location for us was very convenient. The check in was fast, even super fast. The Staff at the Hotel were always courteous, professional and helpful during our stay, always greeting us with good mornings, good evenings, and beautiful smiles. We personally loved Rox Hotel hospitality. I will recommend Rox Hotel to friends and colleagues and family. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great experience
My stay was good. Love the staff. Breakfast is amazing. Had issues with the refrigerator but was fixed as soon as I reported. Easy to get to town witg public transport. Highly recommended.

I have stayed Rox hotel for 4 days and I was amazed how helpful the staff were and their willingness to go out their way to help. The rooms are so clean. Thanks zafer and aman at rocks hotel for making my stay at Istanbul amazing. I will definitely stay there again in my future trip to Istanbul

Ideal place to stay in Istanbul
I loved this place NOT a good choice if you have mobility issues as there is no lift and it is a bit of a labyrinth. There are cats at the property which I enjoyed. The staff is amazing, fluent in English and the place is charming and in wonderful location

Very unprofessional and not near airport
Bad customer service. Hotel is very far away from the new airport but at the time when I booked they had advertised that they were just 4 km from airport which happened to be Attaturk where commercial flights no later longer operate from. I complained that it was incorrectly advertised and hotels.com tried to get a refund for me but they refused to refund. So there I was with a hotel that had falsely advertised and hotels con who don't have a clue what is going on as they don't validate any information. So I'm not longer booking through hotels com and Rox hotel is welcome to the money as I did not stay there booked another hotel within east access of airport. Rox hotel wrote the most unprofessional personal email to me. Shocking.

Believe me, we're not surprised. We gave you our explanation. You're still disparaging the hotel. But let us explain again. The airport area is still here. If you are aware, it is still referred to as the Atatürk Airport area. Istanbul is not the airport zone. Although you do not stay in our hotel, you are writing to select other hotels. Why? Only for undue refund. Non-refundable bookings are not refundable. You already know that. We leave you alone in your conscience. Please stop disparaging the hotel.

I would like a full refund please.
The Hotel was sold to me as next to the new international airport in Ataturk 0.8 Km away however, it is actually 46 Km away 1 Hr drive . I did not even attempt to arrive at the hotel due to the travel times involved never mind the cost.

Hello, We did not carry the airport. It still seems to be the airport area here. Everything is clear on the internet, even you have made a reservation, but you accuse us bad rating. How true is that? You have chosen this hotel because there are no hotels near Istanbul's new airport. Because there's no hotel. It's also very expensive when you have the hotel inside the airport. It really upset us that you gave us bad points.
